Great - room for improvement

So far so good. I have not focused on the nutrition aspect of this app, as I handle that on my own.

The exercise regime is quite amazing. They have really made a great platform. It is simple and effective. I have been trying to get back into shape and this has been a great help so far.

Im coming up on the end of the free trial, may actually end up paying for the service.
