Great App

The app works easy. While you work hard.

Great program

Great exercise and food meal program. Been on it for two weeks and can already see and feel a difference.

Not enough time in the day/week

Im a super busy working Dad and this app keeps me in shape so I can keep up with my kids! Great workouts, motivating music and easy to follow videos.

Shows promise ... But a lot of the features dont work !

Well - seems pretty straight forward. The works outs are pretty good ... But most of the periphery is not that easy to work with. For example - random exercise places on the calendar for a "rest" day and no way to edit or delete it. The "tribe" function was what I was really interested in ... And its doesnt work at all... Tried it via the web interface and the app... Nothing. Even when the invite email goes out ... The others in the group can click on it ... And it does nothing but perpetually say "loading". The workouts it is kicking out to my wife that are "scaled" to her are 4 mins in duration... Not really effective when the equivalent for me was listed at 20 min... Like the idea but the UI and functionality - while it looks paleo hipster cross fit cool - doesnt seem to get my "tribe" ready to "hunt mammoth" ... More like hunting tech support.

Great app for busy people

Done with the first day. Went in thinking, "7 minutes? Thats it?! This is gonna be cake..." Definitely NOT cake. This app is awesome. Built in music to keep you motivated and videos of exactly what each move should look like. Highly recommend it.

Just meh so far..

I am enjoying the workouts and the functionality of the workout portion of the app. The nutrition section leaves a LOT to be desired. If you are a normal person, your diet does not consist of Iberian ham, Galacian Octopus, Hake, liver hamburger, cured cod, cod confit, monkfish, minced horse meat (not even legal in the US)...etc... There is no way to eliminate the meal options you dont like or cant find. Please make the nutrition section more adaptable and allow us to block ingredients that most will simply not eat.

Good idea, MAMMOTH HANGS on start

Gets stuck at splash screen, and have to force-close and retry 3-4 times before it will start up. If I could load it reliably I might even use it.

This offer a great workout with a meal plan

Ive tired other workout apps but this one offers a comprehensive meal plan which works perfectly with on and off work out days.

Its perfect or people who travel and want some motivation

Its a great goal setter (using the free version). Wish the music integration was better - but the workouts are great and very easy to use

Needs a lot of work....

That me start off with the good. I like the workouts! Real easy to follow, and it is helpful to have a video of someone performing examples of each move. I also like how you can select music for your workout, I just wish it would play the entire workout. If you are doing a 7min workout but the song is only 3mins, thats a lot of time spent in your head wishing that there were some beats playing. Now for what is not good. The nutritional information. While you can exclude certain ingredients, there is no way of exchanging meals you dont like for ones that you do. Also, I know this is a Spanish company and all, but for your US customers, perhaps you should have ingredients tailored to here. We have no horse or pony meat, and even if we could get our hands on some I doubt too many people here in the US would want to eat it. There is much room for improvement in the nutritional area of the app. The so called recipes are nothing more than telling you what is in the meal. There is no measurements, no directions for preparing the meals. The recipes and shopping list is the main reason I paid for the full version. I thought it would be convenient to have meals and shopping lists provided. But needs much work. I would hold off on paying for the full version of the app until significant improvements are made and there are plenty of other apps that give you these types of workouts.

Great app for office jockey...with kids!

Great UI. Great workouts for those needing a little bump in a short time.

Good. Effective.

Pretty simple interface. Hard workouts.

Great - room for improvement

So far so good. I have not focused on the nutrition aspect of this app, as I handle that on my own. The exercise regime is quite amazing. They have really made a great platform. It is simple and effective. I have been trying to get back into shape and this has been a great help so far. Im coming up on the end of the free trial, may actually end up paying for the service.

Good app

This has good quick workouts for someone looking to squeeze in a high intensity 10-15 min. Some people seem critical but it is a free app with some good features. There are better nutritional apps that you can use for nutrition.

Great workouts

Super fun app

Good sweat!!!

Will recommend this any time. Specially if you are not a gym person or travel a lot. This is the perfect workout app... Will recommend it to my friends...

The app is awesome. Very motivational. Great support as well.

Weird app

Heads up, you spelled "advice" wrong. Check the grammar on the startup settings.
