I lost 5kg already within 1 month, just by following the scheduled 5-20 mm of exercises, 3 times a week. I havent tried their nutrition recipes but the workouts are all great and fun - and yet challenging! What I really like about it is that workouts do not feel repetitive and they are only using bodyweight (you can do them from home). The soundtracks are also great thanks to 8tracks partnership. The team behind the app is also super responsive - Keep up the impressive work guys!!
