I have done some of the workouts and they are good. Im still not sold on 16 minute workouts. As a runner/lifter I consistently workout 30 minutes or more, so any app that claims you can get in shape in 15 minutes a day warrants a bit of skepticism. However, if you follow the plan and eat well I am sure results will follow, albeit slowly. Having said that, following the recipes is where I have the real issue. My shopping list generally doesnt include a lot of what some of these rather elaborate meals include. Also, for a working father (who does most of the cooking) trying to locate these ingredients isnt in the schedule. Just finding time to sit and write this has taken weeks. Solution: simplify the meal plans to suit the "every man" and this app will get 5/5 stars!
